Well, from a performance standpoint, I can confidently say that a turbo is one of the best things to make these motors create loads of power. The fastest 3800 powered cars all have turbos.

top 10 mods?

Um how about top 5?

Turbo Conversion
L67 conversion
Cam and Heads (and supporting mods)
Supporting mods for the other above listed items
New trans to support the mods listed above

I vote for a turbo.

check out clubgp.com a lot of guys have done some cool things with the L36.
