Thrasher or gutted airbox
I owned an 01 SE a few years ago and I just recently traded in an 05 G6 for a 2002 SSEI, so I'm a bonne owner once more. I've already added a 180 degree thermostat, gutted the airbox and have a K&N panel filter in it. I've heard that Thrasher makes an intake for the Bonneville now. If I buy the Thrasher, will I notice much of an improvement over the current modded intake box? I also plan on adding a smaller pulley to the M90 in the future.

I don't believe so other than the argument that the intake hole behind the headlight could be bigger. You will get feedback that you can improve on this if you go to a fender well intake but I am not a fan of putting my filter somewhere that close to kicked up road spray, salt debris, etc.
I gutted my airbox as well and noticed a marked improvment and I am perfectly happy with it.

Thanks for all the replies. I'll probably hold off on the Thrasher. I had the Injen intake on my G6 and didn't notice any gain at all.
