I have been very busy. And no I don't get a chance to check it every 30 seconds. If I did nothing would ever get done. I get more emails a day than you can imagine and sometimes I get behind. It happens. And the email you sent me does not inspire me to make more stuff for Bonneville'*. I will just make it for my car and not offer it for anyone else. If you knew what we were making, then you would be singing a different tune.

Finding a chip for a 92-94 NA has become almost impossible lately. Superchips was nice and custom burned one for me LONG ago, but since then I've heard they don't sell them for 92-94 NA'*. :(

The fact of the matter is, sir, that I paid you in full for a somewhat expensive product over a month ago that I have not received and it would now appear that you do not even possess the ability to provide it. So what would you have me do? I'm out of pocket close to $200 and your trying to make me out to be some kind of idiot? I don't expect special treatment. I think some of the products you develop are great, and hell, who else is going to do it, especially for Series I cars, I think we are in very limited #'* so developing products for such a small potential customer base shows some dedication, however I revert back to my original question. You have close to $200 of my money and no product to ship me, so what would you have me do?

I am going to find out on Monday what is up and if the chip is not going to come soon or if my theory is right that Jet has discontinued the 92-94 SSEi (might have happened) and did not tell me, I will refund you money right away and let you know so you can spend that $200 on something else. I understand, it should not take a month, normally takes 2 weeks but this has happened before with Jet on a 92-94 SSE chip and they did not tell me that they had discontinued it. And no you are not an idiot, just sometimes get alot of emails

I have spoken to JET myself and they have informed me that they have in fact discontinued the 92-94 SSEi chip as well, that'* why you can't get it.

I was inquiring with you if you had the ability to deal with Superchips, as they still handle an item that would suit my needs, that way you don't have to refund any money.

No, we don't like Superchips. They are horrible and they are only still alive since they advertise alot and are a big name. But I will refund your money as quick as possible.

Curious? Maybe you could elaborate on horrible? Why? Someone a few posts up who has one seems to be raving about it.

I have never experieced one Superchip that really made a difference. The niche that Superchips had before was that they could burn chips for older cars. And most people I talk to they get the computer codes wrong and other errors and it'* just a pain. You can get a Superchip but most likely they will mess it up and it will only have minimal gains.

is there any real option for a chip on a 95 SSEi then? Besides a huge amount of money being spent.
