Plan on swapping in the entire engine, transmission, wiring harness, and PCM from a Supercharged car. There really is no other practical solution. By the time you finished converting everything, it would cost you too much component by component, and you'd really be tearing into that thing.

Can't we just say "Not entirely sure yet, don't do it, we're looking into the possibility" ?

Ok, I'll put it this way:

There is great controversy regarding the compatibility of internals between the L27 and L67. This may be possible, but with a certain degree of risk. The point must be made that nobody has attempted this short of a full swap, and I wouldn't want to be the first to fail at it.

Regardless, unless you're VERY familiar with the inner-workings and comfortable with engine teardown, don't even think about it. It'* not a simple matter of slapping an M62 blower on top of your engine.

I personally don't want to encourage anyone to try this unless it'* someone VERY familiar with what I mentioned above, and they're fully aware of the risk involved before starting.

Run all you want. I'm faster than you until you get that stupid fuel pump replaced. But only as long as my differential and 3rd gear hold out. That'* another story.

And damn the hurricanes from delaying my shipment! I ordered it forever ago, but I got an email saying that they were evactuated for a while. They finally charged my credit card about a week ago. I'll call tomorrow and see whats up. Oh and I FINALLY got the right bolts from MSD so I can hook my ignition up, sheesh...

3rd gear bugging on you now? Hopefully it works itself out, I still owe you a re-match

My warranty alternator is a week overdue, also. Probably hurricane related. Coming from SC.

Oh, the trans is only good for a day or two more. I'm desperately looking at options as we speak.
