To put the supercharger on your Series 2 L36 you will need:
L67 heads, larger axles, beefed up transmission, full accessory brackets, alternator, supercharger, throttle body, lower intake manifold, harmonic balancer, fuel injectors and PCM. You will need to run a very large pulley due to the higher compression of the L36. A bunch of other stuff too.
The BEST way to do it is SELL the car and buy an SSEi that is already supercharged.
Next best option is to swap in the entire engine, trans, wiring harness, and PCM from an SSEi.
Next best option is to buy the SS90 kit from ZZP. Total costs will run you 2 grand and up.

Short answer....you can, but it'* not cost effective to do so. Nor would it be reliable. Check out the above link for greater detail.
