Sounds good. In addition:
Sell the TB spacer on eBay, and buy a 3.2 to go with your MPS. The TB spacer isn't good for anything, and you'll probably need a 3.2" and colder plugs after the cam and headers.

That sounds good... that throttle body spacer is junk.. I'll leave it in for now as longs as it doesnt actually hurt anything. Do I need a pulley puller to add 3.2'' Individual Pulley to a MPS? (I dont know much about super chargers. =/)
Yeah, Im going to get a Standard Intense PCM.

No for the MPS all you have to do is remove the 5 allen key screws that hold the pulley onto the hub. Then put the new pulley on and reverse process. Make sure you request the cam file with the intense pcm. I think it is $10 more for them to add the file, well worth it.

to change the MPS, you do not have to remove the pulley from the SC
Relieve the tension of the belt..... remove the belt from the pulley, then you can remove the 5 or 6 (depending on your MPS) HEX bolts on the MPS and swap on the new pulley

Wicked... that sounds easy enough to do. Im gonna go with the headers first, then after a couple of weeks I'll get the s1 cam, 3.2'' Indiv pulley, and the PCM that comes with the s1 package. I'll keep you guys updated and what not. I appreciate all your suugestions/help!
=D
Edit: Actually would a 3.25'' pulley be alright?

A cammed car will require more than our standard PCM gets you. You will want to get a custom PCM ($180) and in the comments section note that you want Stage 1 settings (for cammed cars).
I also recommend SLP over TOG but thats just MO. Be sure you get a W-body dipstick for the transaxle with either set.
