Don't use a 160 unless you have a PCM chip tuned for it because you will just lose gas mileage. Go 180. Ported exhaust manifolds will be much more cost effective and net you nearly as much gain as custom headers. Weld the outside of the flange while you have them bolted to something very rigid, then grind off the internal flange welds. Then use a high temp ceramic paint on them.

roger wilco will do, but is that a good position for CAI and one CAI question would a ceramic tube work well as ceramic does not really absorb all that much.

The pipe will eventually heatsoak, and the ceramic will not let the heat escape.

I'd run your intake to just behind the headlight and seal it as well as you can.

please note that is the difference between a CAI and FWI....the Rice Pipe has been used in countless cars for over 4 years now....its the best thing we have got for a CAI

Flowmaster 80 and a 19" resonator. The Flowmaster gives it a good rumble and the resonator gets rid of the ricer frapping and drone.
