Turning sketches into a 3D model. Working on the LH bracket right now.

Steel is cheap. I have sketches of the bar locations.....full OEM STB is now in 3D, but I'm trying to figure out whether to weld bar to bar, or use brackets like stock.

Looking at it now, a rod end will work better, but a small angle bracket will be needed to get to the structural part of the inside fender wall to support the load. It'll all make sense soon........

It sucks. I have two different drawings of engine bay dims, having to go back and forth between both to figure out the distances to the bolts I'm after on the fender/hood lip.

I use CoCreate Solid Designer. It does all the vibration/load analysis. Thermal, too. Works out pretty good. You design your parts in it, then it does all the modal analysis for you.
