My car has 55,000 miles on it, i am the second owner, and sometimes beat on it. With these mods, what would i need to do to my transaxle or anything else to easily handle an occasional beating?

Stock rating for the 4t65E-HD is 280 ft/lb. The car makes that stock. ANY modification even a 3.4 pulley that adds 50 ft/lb'* puts the trans at risk. That being said most transaxles in good shape last for quite a while up to about 280-300 whp at which time the input shaft is a real concern especially with large rims and good traction.
