Default Stock boost and compression?

Anyone know the stock boost the blower puts out and the stock compression ratio? And if it differs in years? Thanks

9 psi with a series 1(92-95) and the compression ratio to 3800 s1 and s2 supercharged engines is 8.5:1

i think the series 2 guys get 10 psi

Wow thats alot of boost stock. You sure? The '97-'03 guys only got between 5 an 7 psi stock, and thats with the larger blower.

nope we are different than the GP in when the motor went into the cars. the series II SC went into the bonne in 96, any 96+ makes around 9-10 in totally stock form

ok this is bringing up thoughts in my head... does the gp have to use 91 octane gas or can it use less?

Umm, I don't recall a stock Series II L67 making more than 8 psi.

A stock L67 makes 6psi according to GM FOR ANY MODEL. It varies from car to car due to differences between engines from production, but it is usually between 6-8psi. The L67 that goes into the h-bodies is exactly the same as the L67 that goes into the w-bodies except for things they change due to the different platform, like oil pan, coil bracket, etc... A SII L67 SSEi is going to make the same boost as a 97-03 GTP.

Default boost

I have a 95 ssei, cold air intake highflow cat., 80 series flowmaster, I put an after market boost gauge that i built a pillar pod for pictures somewhere in a forum. With performance shift on i get about 12pds boost at full out off the line, and around 8-9pds of boost in normal shift, I still have the stock pulley but I do have a 2.5 pulley that i will puting on when its gets nice out. Its a series 1 superhcarged engine. I heard that the 92-93 ssei were the fastest? So maybe more out of one those superchargers, smaller pulley was a factory built on a 92-93.

you are a little confused..... the 94/95 make more horsepower than the 92-93 even though the 92-93 had the smaller pulley, most 94-95 guys like finding a 92-93 pulley, or smaller for there cars
