Default Springs For My Rockers

What are the best springs for my rockers? I have a 97'. I need to know cause the rockers go in this Sat or Sun.

STOCK!!! If you are going to get rockers get the Comp Cam 105# valve springs. If you get springs you will also have to get Comp Cam steel or titanium valve spring retainers.

Do you have to get new retainers for the comp cams springs? I thought the stock retainers fit/worked.
