Spark plug gap - L67
L67: 3.4 pulley, headers, CAI, 3" cat, 2.5" exhaust, tune.
Autolite 104 spark plugs. What should I gap them to?

Good to hear. Mine are at .035. Bob set them that way to fight what he thought was spark blowout, which turned out to not be the case, but he forgot to set them back. Might be the cause of the engine not running quite right and my **** poor 24mpg highway fuel economy, and the reason why, with two other people in my car, I was dead on head to head with a bone stock GTP (which had only a CAI) from 30 to 80mph.

.035 is a bit tight. I run mine at .045 but I have a lot more boost. Your not putting enough boost threw to blow out .055. If your having misfire problems at full boost, then I would look over your coils.

I also have junkyard wires which will be getting replaced tomorrow when I re-gap the plugs. If all else fails, I'll run to a junkyard and pull a full set of coils from another motor and start swapping.
