i have some of those labels just not the one that says spark plug gap or belt routing (as it was suggested there should be earlier.

This is the Bullet. See the labels on the left side? Do you have those? It should say .060 somewhere on there, and also tell what type of O2 sensor you have on the same label.

Having been under the hood all weekend, I can say that my 2000 doesn't have any labels for belt routing or spark plug gap.
I just put in NGK 55'* over the weekend and I gapped them at .060 based on what I thought I had read here. Looks like I'll be regapping them tonight.

The emmissions sticker for the '00+ is on the driver'* door. See if it says it there.
EDIT: Just went and looked an mine, and there is no gap specification on it, but it'* a Canadian sticker...
