Default Some People....

Some people have no respect for Pontiacs

I have started my teardown of my newly aquired T/A.
Wires cut off and not even taped up. No ground wires. No dipstick. Air filter plugged solid with pine needles. Accelerator linkage was hitting the manifold so was only getting 3/4 throttle. Too many missing fasteners for everything.

Scored a whole bunch of treasure at the local scrap yard for her.

I will be posting pics soon.....if anyone cares.
....wish it was a 93 SSEi but it really is cranking up my passion for restoration.

There seems to be a run on them lately. And there were only 5,000 made that year.

you can flash the codes for the SES light, flash the codes for the ECC, plus it has the roller rockers and a few other things that the 92 didnt have, and possibly the biggest thing is that it is pure OBD1 not the bastard OBD1/2

OBD 1 computer, louder exhaust, EGR, new piston rings, PCM was updated... Good tranny'* (usually). If you like the look of the 93'* that doesn't hurt either..
