Is the Series II exhaust manifold flow debate settled?

I don't even know for sure if they are still approved in GPs since they aren't made by the same people anymore. Thats what the ? was for.
Actually TOGs are still legal for GP'* and Regals 1997-2000 (which I didn't know).

Here'* a link to the California Air Resource Board (CARB) approved list of parts in CA:
http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermk...rmktdevice.php

Total # of aftermarket engine/intake/exhaust/ignition mods allowed in CA, of any type, for any LeSabre or Bonnevile, of any year, for street-legal use:
Big fat ZERO.

(There is some stuff on the list for certain model years of 3800-powered Camaros/Firebirds and Regals/GP'*, but that'* it)

TOG still makes headers for the 3800 a matter a fact mine should be at my house very soon straight from the manufacturer in California.

They did go out of business and ZZP found a new place that will produce them. I didn't know The Other Guys went back into business though.

I bought them off of 3800 performance and after speaking with Rob (or was it Bob) from the sales department on the phone I was told that T.O.G. in California was making them. I thought 3800 performance just had some stock left over, but I guess not.
