I have aquestion that you guys may be able to help me out with. The other day I was in my driveway and I had just put my CAI on and gave it a littlebit of gas to around 2,000 rpm'* and then revved it up from there and it hesitated and then revved up. What could be the problem?

Give it some driving time to re-learn the fuel curves and AFR. You're running more air, and the PCM needs time to adjust.
