Should, heads are the same part #.
On to the update. The gentleman I was dealing with is here in America at some show so my correspondence has made its way up the chain to what appears to be 'head cheese'. The downside, his return email contained little valuable information. In the interest of transparency in the buy I'll post my follow-up email:
-----
Mr. Connor,
Thank you for your timely response and arranging the purchase.
Just to go over some of the details; we are interested in 5 sets of the 1.72:1 rockers part #ST 2017 (5/16" mounting) at $390 a set for a total of $1,950. The payments will be coming from five individual members, so, as you can see, there are multiple options to choose from for the transference of payments. If you accept PayPal payments I could send you a lump sum or each payment individually with mention of association. Otherwise we could arrange individual Credit Card payments. If the latter is chosen each Credit Card number would be sent individually to your e-mail address.
The shipments will also be going to 5 separate destinations throughout the US. If possible I would like to arrange to have each set sent to their final destinations directly from your warehouse.
I will also have two more purchases arranged within the next month. For these purchases, would it be safe to say $390 also? The two interested parties are waiting for word at your convenience.
Finally, thus far our research has shown we will be the first 5 people in America to use these rockers on an early year Pontiac Bonneville. Our results are that these rockers will be a perfect fit. However, if in the event that we are mistaken, what is your refund policy?
Thank you,
Jason Humphrey

I'm sure he'll be excited to hear of seven purchases in two months from the same group. This may get us better deals on their cams (currently $240) in the future. The little bit of news I did get was that they will be sent from a forwarding warehouse here in America. Read: Minimal shipping time. Its 10:35am there so they've still got a full day ahead of them. Hopefully this email makes priority and I get a response soon.

Would be interesting to get the manufacturer part # and see if it cross-reference'* over to any US manufacturer for possibly even better deals.
Just crossed my mind and thought I'd put my thoughts on the table.
P.*. Will needs a set of these for this summer -if he'* not in on one of these deals, who'* lending him a set for about 8-10 months?

Thanks Jason.
We don't have Pay Pal facilities, credit cards OK Visa or Mastercard
seperate payments also OK, but we would have to send "one only shipment to
one only destination," otherwise the freight cost would be prohibitive.
If they don't fit, we would credit them on return provided they have not
been used or damaged.
Regards.

So at this point it would be best if we could find a central location to ship them all to to keep shipping costs to a minimum. I'm located near Tacoma Washington, so I might not be the best choice for cheap shipping. I don't think shipping will be much at all though. I did a cost check on a 10lb package 12"x6"x4" (LWH) from here in WA all the way to Maryland and UPS Ground is only $14.10. Most of you probably aren't that far from wherever they end up. SOOO, we can all take a vote and decide who to ship them to or I'll take care of them myself. Either way, I don't mind. Whoever it is needs a little free time and a paypal account to gather all the shipping costs and pay for them accordingly.
As soon as we know that I'll PM each of you his E-Mail to send your credit card # along with a little note saying you're part of this buy. That way nobody has to tell someone else (me) their #'*.
There we have it for now, I gotta go act like I work for a while but I'll be on again later.

well cough cough im kinda in the friggin middle of the country here....like almost directly in the middle (almost the geographical middle of the state of MO)...I also have easy access to my UPS account at work, being that I work out of a Sears Auto Center (and always recieve all my UPS and USPS packages there) there is someone to sign for packages from like 7:30 am-9 pm so signing for packages wouldnt be a problem...if most buyers are on the west coast then I would be a bad choice, but if theyre spread out then ill be glad to help out. Just tell me how I can take care of the shipping....I can use credit cards to ship too but would prefer not to have someones credit card number for obvious reasons....I can get a UPS ship quotes for the packages if I know the addresses and the size (weight) of the shipments.
