Similar setups have been around 400 Crank Horsepower, in my case it could be more or it could be less I don't really know.

I do know from experience already that non-intercooled turbo cars are prey for me, either in the 1/4 mile or on the highway

Have you tried dropping down to a smaller pulley like a 2.7 or 2.6 to see where you are at. My dad can run a 2.55" and 18* timing on pump gas with no KR, and you have very similar mods...you might want to look into it. It sounds like a very nice setup, you will definately be battling against 8 ball with it.

Is 22ms considered static on 42.5'*?
Injectors in our cars are static at ~22-23ms. (as far as I know there aren't any that are static at higher/lower numbers) So yes, if he was running 22ms his 42.5'* would be static. On a side note, my Lumina has 27ms pulse width, so it quite obviously needs larger injectors. (although 02'* only drop down into the 910'* when the pusle width is 27ms so obviously the computer is trying to make it run quite rich)

I know you used the DHP PowerTuner......
But what varibles did you change? Did you scan the car and then make the adjustments to the fuel table? or is there an option in the PCM for "injector size"? or is the formula for changing the fuel table when changing injectors pretty basic?

There are some tables available for import when using larger injectors. But if you use the values provided by DHP for 42.5# injectors you will run very rich. From there you must adjust the Injector Flow Rate (IFR) table manually. You may also have to adjust your MAF table to truely optimise your tune.
