Rockers and Shift kit came.
So i got some goodies in the mail today.
Yella Terra 1.95 Rockers with pedistils, pushrods, and reusable bolts.
and
Custom Trans shift kit made by bill himself finally came. YAY!
Rockers are gonna have to wait till it warms up a bit to install, but i hope to install this shift kit when im not busy soon.
The rockers and pushrods are soaked in grease/oil, should i clean them or should they be lubed up for installation??
Also with the shift kit and rockers do you think i can safely run a 3.4 with very little knock? i know you can never know without scanning but i just want your guys opinion.
Mods would be with them installed: HAI, Powerlog, 3"dp, zzp pcm, 1.95 rockers, shift kit, 180* Tstat and 104 plugs.

Wipe down the rockers and rods to get all that packing grease off. You will want to use some assembly lube on the rockers where they contact the rods and the springs when you install them.
IMO - I wouldn't run a 3.4 until you can scan and correct KR....you're just asking for it if you don't.

Was you planning to change your valve springs as well? Stock springs with those rockers are not a real safe combination.
With your listed MODs and the rockers, ya, you should be safe with a 3.4", but scanning would be a very good idea.

From what I've read... you may not be safe. A couple forums I frequent have had a lot of issues with blowing up their engines because of a ZZP PCM. I have no direct experience with any vendor PCM'* except Intense.

ZZP sucks balls for the Bonneville Tune, they copied a GTP and pasted it into the Bonneville. There are different Trans tables, AE, PE, and i could go on and on. your In MI, there should be about 100000 people with Tuners. Ditch the PCM and get a custom tune

Yes i plan on getting 105 springs.
I really can not find anyone within an hour of me who can tune besides ZZP. Im thinking about getting a dyno tune from there. Hopefully thatd help out my pcm and runs.

Just this past summer I got a PCM from ZZP and the mods that are in my sig I had well over 5* of KR. I ended up buying a tunner and getting rid of the KR. The ZZP tune had me running lean.
