I was considering installing new rockers in my '01 ssei, anyone have details/pictures on how to do the install, what ratio I should go with, any suggestions, or at least point me in the right direction, etc.? Thanks!

If you do a search you'll find many pics and how to threads
Do the lower intake manifold gaskets while your at it, save you time later on
