I dont believe michigan does. If they do then im unaware.

I had the cat delete and muffler delete sounded loud and stading still reving it it sounded awesome.. Now driving it sounded cool sometimes but on low RPMs omg nasty god aweful droning it was nasty I have a high flow magnaflow with a zzp 3 inch down pipe and still no mufflers I have an SES but I like how she sounds
