New bushings all the way around.
And I'll probably just end up measuring my bar and comparing it to the FE3 Toro if/when I get around to checking it out.
Anyway, heres a pic of what my trunk setup looks like.
Basically I'd just trim the front STB down so that it'll fit around the "bump" in the metal, and then make a strap to connect the center of the mount to the other bolt. Something like this:
