I am working on something as well. My fenderwell intake idea. I am still trying to see how to get into there, but I am close. For those not afraid of such an idea, hang on.

Don't cut anything yet. My idea requires no modification to your car. (92-95 SSE or SSEi, waiting to confirm others).

It is a true ram air feed, not an ambient pull from the fender.

ive got a full shop in a shed about 500 feet from where I sit with all sorts of metalworking stuff (no mandrel bender tho), and a tax return coming soon! A little pm wouldnt hurt anything, i promise not to tell!!!

Hey wren, thinkin about a FWI, so I looked over there, noticed you can move the horn back ~3in w/o mods, the hole is there, just pull off the WF res. and bolt the horn into it'* new place.

Mocking up the 'test' version right now. I've refined it a bit. Simplified, and made it more functional at the same time.

The Ram-Air scoop is also small enough so that if you hit a bump and lose your filter, it won’t fall out through the scoop.
Hit a bump and lose your filter??? These folks using rubber bands to hold their cars together or something???
