Default Quick Opinions on Spark Plugs please

Before I have someone tell me to do the searching first I tried that and come back with 750 hits on spark plugs, so let'* cut to the chase and just tell me what spark plugs to buy for my '01 SSEi to swap out tomorrow.

Thanks, now I am returning to my regularly scheduled beer.....

It usually depends on what sorta mods you have to determine which temp range plug to use.

Not hurt. I've got them in the 95. Changed the 97 out to copper once I noticed temps rising. Makes a difference, so far it hasn't hurt anything though.
