Got it, now it says the HUD will be lost? If i read it right. What is the HUD? Now will the dash lights also become dimmer than normal brightness or will it stay the same?
thanks in advance.

HUD is your head up display. It shouldn't be affected, and wasn't effected on my Bonneville.

As for disabling daytime running lights, all I did was pull a fuse.

I've been using my HID kits for well into 2 years now exactly as they came in the box and haven't had any problems.

Alright, anybody else know if I have to just pull a fuse or do the relay and jumper? Hud is my systems monitor correct?

No, HUD is your head up display. It projects digital image onto your windshield right above your dash that tells you your speed, among a few other things, so you can keep your eyes on the road more. Some cars have it, some cars don't.

You need to pull the fuse for the daytime running lights because the HID's won't have enough power to stay on and will probably flicker a lot. I know mine did. The fuse is under the back seat.

Alright I will run outside and try pulling it quick. Thanks if it works I guess its easier than pulling the relay and running a jumper.

Actually, on second thought, I don't recall if it was the relay or the fuse that I pulled. All I know is I only pulled it and put it away somewhere, and it worked perfectly afterward. Didn't have to use a jumper or anything.

for micro relaysnothing for the drl or maxi fuses either or circuit breakers.

Ok I popped the hood and there was a drl fuse and when i pulled it the fogs went out and wouldn't work at all, even if i turned on the lights manually nothing. Now when I pulled the micro / smaller drl relay the front left headlight high beam died and the fog lights remained on when the light switch was off. Then I turned on the lights manually to parking/headlight mode and then the fog lights went off. So this said, is that going to work by running the jumper?

I just hooked up a jumper paper clip to 87 and 30 and it disabled the keyless entry from flashing the head lights and stuff, bad part is, I now don't have a front left high beam. The inside light closest to the grill isn't working. Now i noticed the relay had (2) # 87 and i tried jumping them both to the # 30. Still no light any ideas?

I just checked, and it was ineed a relay that I pulled.

My fog lights and high beams continued to work perfectly after I pulled it. I'm really not sure why your car is acting up, unless there are differences between the way the DRL's work on the 2000 model and the 2005 model.
