Mike, a Miata Cat? Is it rated for the flow of a 3800? What size Miata motor?

Ummm....I think a drinking straw or two might do you better.

No cat for a 1.6 liter motor (even supercharged) is going to flow what you need.

So I will replace today, it seedem to do well, But I am sure your knowledge is better then. 'Hey that fits, lets try it.". What about fuel system on this cars, they work well under boost? The L26 I am asking on. I have a fuel pressure regulator that rasies pressure as booost rises. Just an idea?

There are some very good Magnaflow cats available for around $50 new available for our cars. You will want to consider one of them if you really plan on flowing more through that motor.

Here'* one that we know works well for your car:
Magnaflow #91006

What you are wanting to do can be done. Just continue to be patient and ask plenty of questions and search and read diligently here. We can help with much of the info you need.
