Default porting heads and intake
how would i go about porting my heads and intake? would it benefit me at all to do this?

IMO, if you've never done anything like that before, don't attempt it yourself.

I don't believe you'd gain much until you start flowing more. Like after a cam or rockers. And/or turbo.
