The only way you can really tune your exhaust is the amount of flow you have with pipe diamter. I think that'* how it works,, but I'm not sure.

Check out this link Jasom posted. Scroll down and there are exhaust sound clips. Mine is the 1995 SSEi with 3" tubing anf magnaflow (cat and res deleted). All I can say is it is almost too loud for a daily driver. IT is also damn close to straight pipes. I'd stick with all high floww components and about a 2.5-2.75" exhaust diameter if you want to keep the sound good, and not just a crappy loud.

Another way to change exhaust is the muffler location. The further the last muffling device is from the tailpipe the more it can reverberate (burble noise). THis is why ricer'* with muffler/tip combos scream instead of burble.
