I have been really thinking seriously now about performance mods, that are, trust me, long awaited.
As it stands, there is a 2.2 on its way to me, I am getting a CAI really really soon, I will be ordering a new ZZP coupler, my injectors will go to Oregon to be flowmatched, I located a place that will custom burn my PCM, and I have been looking into and researching porting my lower intake manifold. I may have access to my grandparents heated garage, so this is all feasable, even if it sits in there for up to a month while I do all this, might as well, its winter time.
Any suggestions as to anything else i can do, without getting insane, would be nice. This car needs more power, its in really good shape, I think its definitally worth the money, now that I have a trans that will take it.

matt, arn't you running a flowmaster? If so, you have a cat on there or not? If it'* stock, get high flow. Gatorback belts are nice when you go to a smaller pulley. Also might want to look into getting a scanner. Bonnies tend to get less reliable once we get more hp outta them.

I will be investing in a scanner FOR SURE before I mod it.
Gatorbacks I can get those locally no problem..
I've though about engine internals..but...I am gunna side line that idea for now.
I have a flowmaster 80 with a resonator, no cat, its not required here.
My exh manis need to be sealed up, thats for sure, might take those off and have them patched up were needed.

You should or have someone port your manifolds and weld them on the outside like willwren did. That should help out with KR when dropping to the smaller pulley.
Higher ratio rockers are fairly easy to install and would boost power as well as drop some KR.

www.seriesoneperformance.com sells push rods.
I will be turning to Jason for some of my mods.

EM porting is FAR more important than LIM porting. And my final diagnosis will be soon. I finished machining my Stage 1 TB to replace the overly-ported Stage 2 causing me lean conditions.

It'* ready to go on.

Jury is still out on LIM porting for the Series 1.

Do some mild BLENDING on the edges of the SC outlet as well. This can go a long way towards reducing charge temps, and you'll need it with the 2.2" pulley.

k,so your saying port the LIM, then have the Exhaust manis ported as well,...and clean up the sc to LIM port.
My stock TB should be fine?

That may come in time, but I don't know for sure what the problem is.

I did alot of work all at the same time, and need to isolate the problem. This is by no means finished. I still have the hybrid SC to build and install as well, and when ALL the work is done, I'll look at a reprogram. I need to see how each component reacts first.
