performance mod help
First of all, read this:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...ic.php?t=73691
It'll help us help you. Another thing we'd really like you to do is click on PROFILE and add your car information to your signature. That way we can remember what you have.
An intercooler will probably be the LAST thing you do. Work on the basics first.

Im looking 2 buy rims but i dont wanna hurt my performance. So wat would be the best size staying with the stock 17"* or going bigger. Also the lug pattern is 5x115 right.
If you don't want to hurt performance, don't change them.
Larger wheels are generally heavier, which will negatively affect braking and accelleration performance. Lower profile tires will affect ride quality and in most cases will negatively affect cornering.

Yes, it'* true. Your sidewall needs to be of sufficient profile height to be able to flex a little and keep the contact patch on the road. There are exceptions (usually very expensive) but this is a general rule.
Look at Nascar or F1 tires. See any low-pro'* there? No. And you never will.
Low profile tire handling is commonly misunderstood. There are many dynamics to tire performance.
