Performance chips
I was wondering whats the best way to improve my speed.I already I'm planning on doing a tune up but I need something to give me a bit of an edge over a friends SE.I was thinking perfomance chips?

You'd like to be faster than your friends SE. W/o having your info in your sig, you'd need to tell us what you are driving.
Performance chips as a whole don't work well though. Most are simple resistors to trick your fueling and the compjter learns rather quickly.

Once we know what your driving we can help more. But a performance tune will be a good start. You can buy canned tunes for about $100. These are much better then a chip.
