Default perfomance for a 90?
Is there anything that can be done to give my 90 sse a little more pep? If it even worth doing on these older engines?

Whether it'* worth it or not is up to you, But an intake/exhaust would be nice.

What would be the perfromance gains from an intake, high flow cat and muffler?

Gain around 20 HP, maybe more. Not many early 3800'* have attempted much along the lines of performance.

12% gain in power from an intake and exhaust? How much of a difference does tha cat make? What would this do to fuel economy?
