The Series II L67 front manifold and crossover pipe are the same on W-Bodies (Regal, Grand Prix), C-Bodies (Park Avenue and Olds 9, and H-bodies (Bonneville, Olds 88 and Buick Lesabre although no Lesabres came with the L67 originally).
The difference is where the exhaust bolts up to the rear manifolds. One has the outlet closer to the drivers side of the car and the other is towards the passenger side and you can't really use a W-Body manifold on a H-body or Vice-versa, due to the exhaust tunnel location for the down pipe.

they get at the same side, but the GP flange (downpipe/cat) is like 6 inch further to the back of the car.
My headers were direct fit for GP but come like that 6 inch further.
