Wasnt to flame you, i just meet some people that did headers wrap and got cracked headers. May be it can be problem free for some people too, its a guess i dont need since headers are not free.

No worries mate, wasn't taken as a flame. Nor offered as one.
I just like explanations, to go w/ opinions when asked for help.
Someone may like something for reasons I would be totally against...

Ive got the tools and equipment to port your manifolds for ya. I have done a few sets now. Its up to you whether you want heat wrap or not but i went with heat wrap and have not seen any problems after 1000 miles. I recently did a set for ELMACHOGERACHO.

dont the series I engines have cast rear manifolds while the series II have a tubular?? I know on the tubular series II manifolds you have to weld on some extra material or else you can not port them because there is minimal metal on the tubes

Series 2 has one tubular, one cast.

Series 1 has 2 tubular.
