I know this is going to sound like a dumb question, but where do I install the PCM once I receive it

once you remove your old one, the new one fits in the exact same spot

That is because GM hid it inside your airbox. If you look at your airbox closely..you will see a large wiring harness entering it. That harness attaches to the PCM
