do they sell headers for the 98 bonneville? as summit just sent me the wrong ones for the GTP and they hit the front motor mount. now im pissed . any info would be great Tim
Got a picture of where they are hitting? Do you have dog-bones comming off the top of the motor to the radiator support? I'm wondering how they can hit an engine mount (just looking at the online photo of the pipes.)

Like was just said, time for a little re-engineering to alter the mount and give the pipes the room they need.
Just about any headers for any car on the market are going to require some work to make them fit. I had to remove that strut on my car to get my TOGs to fit.
As my dad says "It'* not race unless it gives you problems"

You have to remove that Strut part on that front motor mount. All 96-99 Bonnevilles will have that problem when installing headers. But then you have to strengthen that mount once the strut has been removed.

will they r about on . used cutoff wheel to trim mount about 2" down, so will have to get the mig out to work on bracket and beef it up somehow . headers were cheap, and the EGR hole was a pain(had to ream hole) & weld outside back up. but i want a VS cam ZZP OR SX1 from Intense so the money i saved will go for that !!! Thanks for all the info TIM
