Default oh its a venture alright!

So funky one here, 03 venture/3.4...No start-but when you spray carb cleaner in the intake duct its fires up and runs great. And will continute to run perfect until shut off by the key! Like a top. Anytime carb cleaner starts a vehicle its almost always a fuel issue. So checked fuel pressure. With key on/engine off it was 1 pound less than spec. replaced pump. perfect pressure now, but still same problem. Also replaced fuel filter while we were down there too. I was thinking TPS? We have tested the battery (making certain the ECM is receiving adequate voltage to pulse injectors) It also has spark so we can rule out the Crank pos sensor. We have put new fuel in also making sure the old stuff was not contaminated. Its cleary a head scratcher! Any suggestions are welcome! thanks in advance gents!

Isn't there a valve between the fuel line and TB on a 3.4?
