Default Next project: Exhaust -help wanted

In the next couple months I want to 'update' my exhaust system. I've decided on the Magnaflow muffler, I just have to find it in a store here or go online.

I've also read people'* sigs who have "Hi-flow CATS" and others. What do people suggest in terms of CAT converters? Where would I find them, etc. I have little clue about these types of mods yet so bear with me please. I would love to have the manifolds ported, and everything else (headers...) but I honestly don't see all that as being affordable right now. I'm looking for performance, but not a huge hole in my pocket.

Also, is it possible to get straight piping to replace the curving stock piping? Would this help with hp/performance or should I keep the routing stock and just replace the muffler/CAT?

Besides the muffler and exhaust tips, I need help on what I should do. I appreciate any help you guys can offer. Thanks

he is *\C, I think they set the pipe dia. at 3" for you guys if i am not mistaken, but I think that would lead to too little backpressure. I would take it one step at a time (muffler, cat, pipes, pporting) and see what works best for you. You dont want to overdo it and lose all of your torque.

I thought he was, that "2nd tranny cooler" in his info threw me a curve. If its NA I think the piping limit was at 2.25".

Yeah, I wish I was supercharged, but no I'm NA. Are these Hi-flow CATS specific for my 94? What I mean is would I just get them from any auto parts store or are they special performance CATS only available in certain places? Thanks.
