1. Slow down. And don't expect answers every 5 minutes. Have a little patience.

2. Get Chilton'* #28200. That way you'd know that you need the paper gasket AND the rubber seal.

3. Get the rubber seal when you go back to the parts store to buy your service manual.

If you are going to pulley, you need to OWN a scantool. The only way to determine if you have KR is to DRIVE at WOT with the scantool attached.

If you can't or won't buy a scantool, don't buy the pulley. Think of them as 2 things that go together.

You may not have KR now, but you very well could in hotter weather. ASSUMING you do with the smaller pulley, you have to combat it by finding the right plugs and gaps, fixing exhaust leaks, porting exhaust manifolds, adjusting your octane, or going to a larger pulley.

yeah i'm going to buy one i was just wondering if you can get them in parts stores like autozone or any other place?

and i'll try to get the exhuast manifolds bored out like you say... i should have that done before it starts to get hot.. also i'll have the autolite 104'* and the drilled 180 like you said in by friday... also i'm gonna run the same set-up well try as least as you for your forced induction but i'm just not gonna use my tips so we will see how that goes on friday as well so hopefully i will be running pretty cool and not have to much KR

what kind of muffler do you suggest that has the least amount of sound but has performance?

thanks

Get an Actron CP9110 and GM cartridge from eBay. It'll be cheaper than a store.

What same forced induction setup?

What tips?

Muffler? Magnaflow. Best flowing, best horsepower. But with any performance muffler, if you don't want it loud, you'll have to run a resonator.

ok i'll try to find one on e-bay thanks for the tip

your "forced induction" your tailpipe 'tips' on the front of your car and the piping you ran up infront of your airbox (which i like and want to duplicate if i can) and the other pipe running to the supercharger and throttle body to cool them down a little.... thats really nice looking you did a good job on it i'm gonna try to get some stuff to do it this friday

yeah i figured magnaflow would be the best thats what kind of cat i have and i think i have a bad muffler so i'm not gonna to stock again whats the fun in that so i might get a magnaflow i guess... don't our cars already have resognators on them or do they just not work to well?

"Forced Induction" is Turbocharging, Supercharging, or Nitrous. It'* defined as FORCE feeding. What I have is ram-air cooling.

1993'* don't have resonators from the factory.

I wouldn't worry about drilling your t-stat honnestly. (and that is coming from someone who runs a drilled t-stat) People drill the t-stat because at the track they run their cars at a very cold temp. The drill t-stat is just to ease KR when the t-stat is about to open. Since I don't think that you are going to be hitting the track more then 5 times a year if at all I wouldn't worry about it. If you drill your t-stat your warmup will take longer and it will be harder on your cooling system to keep it at a certain temp but you will run about 5 deg. cooler. But honnestly I don't think it is worth it.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned here is that you WILL need a new trans soon if you continue to mod. Plan on having a couple grand set aside for that.
