New Intense 180*?, but she runs hotter?
If the air bubble is not near the t stat..then the problem would still exist. I drilled a bunch of them when I was having an issue. I turned out that putting the front end on a jack or ramps helped to release the air.
Aggivating yeah, and its not just the car either, my dad is slighty aggrivating too. He was ainst me putting the 180* in to begin with, and now he keeps reiterating that he said it came with a 195* and thats what should be in it.

i'll do some more work with it friday or saturday. I'm probably going to use the gasket as well to help stop that leak, i know its coming out of the Thermostat Housing...
Out of curiosity why does the coolant need to be a mixture with water? I think righ now its about a gallon of water and nearly two gallons of coolant.

FSM says it holds 12.5 liters which is roughly 3.3 gallons. I added almost 2 gallons of coolant to it to fill it up. Which means the block holds about a gallon. So yeah, thats about a 60/40 solution.

Because it'll let the air through the system on startup when the engine is closed and the thermostat closed. It'll also allow the bubbles to pass after shutdown as the engine cools and the coolant pressure drops.
