I think a turbo kit would be a better upgrade option... but that'* serious money too.

I'm confident that my engine could take more then that. Spouting out numbers doesn't mean crap until someone does it. No one here has tested any L27 parts in any hard fashion, the most has been Kyle with Nitrous, and it'* still running isn't it?

since nitrous is only in short bursts, it is probably less harmful to the engine than the contant poweradding of a SC or turbo.

As for the numbers, I didnt pull that out of my ***, go look at ZZP'* CSC kit for an L36 and see what PSI the basic kit makes.

My point is that no one'* done it to an L27 i guess...

I saw 2 CSC'ed L36s in GP'* this past weekend. They were loud, and were still running fine. One was heavily modded though...

Nitrous is hard because you're having to adjust fuel curves, it'* instant on... blah blah...

I see where you were going. Doesnt the L27 power curve flatten out after like 4k RPMs?? That might not be too good for a CSC/turbo, which is only beginning to work up there.

That would be perfect, the motor runs out of power, the CSC gives it back.

I forgot, I got some pictures comparing with and w/o nitrous on an L27 with the G-tech. Yes it does flatten out, but the nitrous keeps it alive a little longer.

PS: Yes Jason, it still runs just fine.
