So is that mandrel bending like what Harley Davidson uses to bend their pipes? They use massive amounts of compressed air. Is this the mandrel bending? Curious...

Mandrel bending is when they bend it without kinks in it. Usually when you bend something the opening actually gets smaller as the bend gets sharper, not the case in mandrel bending. Crude example is take a normal straw and bend it 90 degrees, cuts off airflow huh? Now take one of those bendy straws and do the same, flows much better eh? Crude example I know but you get the idea. Hey is this guy up for making headers for a series I? Or is he talking cat-back?

These cars do have a lot of 90 degree bends in their exhausts. I wonder if a straighter exhuast would help them. But I'm not sure how they'd do the muffler.
