NEW EXHAUST FOR BONNEVILLES ???????????????????
There is a local place that makes exhaust. HERE is the link to their website. I sent him a e-mail and he responded.
I noticed you make exhausts.
He responded:
What do you guys think? How is up for a mandrel bent free flowing exhaust? If no one in Philly is willing to try , I'll do it, the only reason I dont jump on it now is because I need both of my cars . You guys are free to contact him , not sure what the prices are , guess we gotta find out!

If you are volunteering, I would like to see the exhaust system. I would
also need someone willing to have his system removed from the car for a
pattern. I would use their car to test the first system. They would end up
getting a free exhaust and maybe some help with the labor cost. Lmk.
Thanks.

Btw: We are testing a new muffler and tailpipes on our 2002 Suburban in
about 2 weeks. So later this Fall, we should have a system available. This
new muffler was tested on a 6.1 litre Chevy truck and showed 25 hp gain!
We're pretty excited to try it.

Should be... but if there driving new yukon denalis and your stuck with a 95 se anything can happen...
also if your sisters denali is ''98-99" it might be 5.3 but most likly 5.7..
depending on year your brothers yukon (non- lwb/non-3/4ton) would have 5.3 or 5.7. (or the odd 6.5)

I'd be willing to have a free exhaust system...as long as I didn't loose too much tq. I'm not sure what system he would put on our cars I'm not too far away from Pennsylvania

It would probably be a cat-back mandrel bent exhaust , with a quiet but low tone muffler.
I would do it , but I need to save money for my new bike R1 all the way , keeping my R6 as a track only bike and that cost some change. Already have 6k paid off on the new R1.
He is currently doing exhaust for Gen 4 G-body'* I would have tried my 87 areo but I already bought a Stainless . Now that I am buying a house and my new hobby (guns) are taking most of my check , I'm finding myself straped for cash.
