We just got a 92 SE. Right now I'm new to the bonneville so I'm pretty ignorant on all subjects. I've got an Explorer and have added intake and exhaust so I'm not totally ignorant on the subject of addons. My question is this---I can get a hold of a flowmaster that would fit a 94 camaro (single in dual out). Can I get a shop to put this on our bonnie? Any advice on the subject??

Yes you can. A couple guys beat you to it already. Their posts are right here in performance, and fairly recent. SSEi95 is one, and Skza is the other, I think. That'* what I'll be doing to mine.

Hector (ADTR) is developing the first custom exhaust for the Bonneville. I think he'* installing the first one this weekend. He'* the best source for information on this, but I know for a fact he'* thrown around some various configurations for consideration. I believe his final design will be very much performance oriented as opposed to sound oriented. No ricer fart-can mufflers here.
You probably don't want to increase your pipe diameter too much. There'* a good chance you might loose low-end power if you sacrifice too much backpressure. Lean on Hector for more info on this. hector@angryducktofuracing.com or pm 99BonnevilleSE here on the forum.
