Yea, it wont sound raspy when your driving. Only time I get any raspy or stutter is when I first start it up, or if I rev it in park past 4k rpms, which no one really does too much anyways. Youll be fine.

If you don't have an intake yet, I'd say go there first for sure, next get the ROCKERS!!!!
Both of those should gain you more than a high flow cat, expecially with your mod list already. I really recommend getting the rockers, make huge difference at high end power, even nicer when my PCM went in extra 400rpm to rev.

High End power as in High End RPM'* ?? or Higher speeds
