Hell, putting downforce on the rear of a Civic is stupid, but people do it anyway.

You can ALWAYS stiffen up a car, to keep flexing down and improve handling. Yes the STB fit perfectly on an 86-91, Jim threw one on RLD if i remember correctly. However i've heard you shouldn't take the STB off the 92-99 cause they are very important for the car, and you have to do it a certain way. Also, make sure your clearance is good on these, not all master cylindars are the same size. Also would it be stronger if the pole had a cross sectional piece in it?
