NOOOOOO!!!!! Not THAT again! Please don't. I'll pitch in 10 bucks for a centrifugal supercharger if you never look at one of those again!

Your intake can pull more air in than that thing can blow. It'll actually RESTRICT your airflow.....and a fan can't create PRESSURE. It can only move air if there'* somewhere for it to go.
