magnaflows are pretty popular around here, most like how they sound.

Hooker Max Flow or Aero Chamber.
The Max Flow is a freer flowing and quieter than the Aero Chamber.
I have had the Aero Chamber'* on my car for 6 or 7 years now and they sound good.
Here is my car with the Aero Chamber mufflers, my car is the 5th one back and all the cars are L67'*.

oh and btw unless your stock muffler is clogged, you wont really see any performance increase.

I had a Flowmaster 80 on my 93 ssei, however, it will sound a tad different on a Series II engine.
I found it had a nice loud idle, but on the highway it had an ugly *** drone that was hard to ignore.
Magnaflow generally makes an excellent product, that sounds quite well on our cars

i agree...even though i wasnt supercharged i liked my old 93 SE with the flowmaster at idle, but on the gas, it sounded kinda ricey. It did help once I got a resonator. You just cant replicate V8 rumble.

I have yet to hear a Magnaflow or DynoMax on our 3800

But I love my FM 80
Magnaflow Cat will be going on in a few months as well...might get a resonator at some point too. Cause it does sounds raspy when you get on it some times, but Idle is sweeeet

Magnaflow cat.
Magnaflow resonator.
Magnaflow muffler.

Very happy with that trio.

Expect no performance, and only a sound change. You need to be running in the 13'* on the quarter mile before the muffler begins to matter.
