I hears that the neons add up to at LEAST 5 hp. What they do is when there turned on, the light gives off these certain rays, that makes the air denser. Added with the wing to keep you on the ground whilst driving at speeds up to 37 mph. The only bad thing, is if you hit 38 mph, there is a huge chance of your Type "R" sticker peeling, and the loss of 725 hp.

So use neons with caution please~
