Mods for 1990 SSE

I am interested in doing some minor mods on my car. So far, I would like a cold air intake and a computer chip that I found on drivewire.com, it states that you get a 17 hp increase along with 27ft lbs of tourqe. Also I wanted to install some duals. Do these sound like good minor upgrades?

There'* no way that chip will give you those gains without a bunch of other supporting mods. Intake, exhaust, maybe even more. It'll re-tune you to take advantage of other mods, but by itself isn't much for the $150 they're asking.

Try www.sinisterperformance.com for a custom burn instead for far cheaper.
